1. Delivery Options
We can deliver to most UK locations. Postcodes outside UK Mainland and Scottish Highlands are chargeable. You may also come in person at our shop to collect your order.
Once we have received your order and payment we will email to confirm which delivery days are best for you. Normal delivery times are 9am to 6pm from Monday to Friday.
2. Delivery Arrangements
All orders are despatched within 3 working days. When placing your order, please ensure that someone is at the premises to take the delivery, if there is no one available at the time when your order is delivered, drivers will not leave the goods there. You may opt to collect your order in person from our store. Goods not collected within two days after they are available for collection will be disposed of, and the order deemed complete. No refunds can be made for uncollected orders.
3. Delivery prices
Free delivery on all orders over £130 excluding VAT.
Delivery price of the order under £130 will be £6.99
4. Acceptable product substitution
Every effort will be made to fulfil your order, however on the rare occasion that a certain product is not available, we will substitute with a suitable alternative but will contact you to confirm this.
5. Guarantee of Satisfaction
For any reason you are dissatisfied with the quality of the product received, you should contact us within 24 hours of receipt. If you wish to return or exchange item, please contact us within 7 working days from the day you received your order.
6. Non-Delivery Claims
If your order is failed to arrive as expected, please contact us by email or by telephone within 24 hours of the expected delivery quoting your order number. We will immediately investigate and let you know the situation. Should your order not be delivered after two working days of the original delivery date given, you will be entitled to a full and immediate refund.
7. Data Protection
All personal data we collect from you will be used exclusively for the purposes of our relationship, to help us offer improved or new services to you, and may be stored on computer. Your details will be held securely, in confidence, and never disclosed to any third party without your express permission.
